Developing Physician Leadership
For over 30 years, ACPE has been training physicians to become highly capable managers and exceptional leaders. CME courses for medical management and leadership training are offered in 3 formats.

Live conference and programs, conducted at various locations throughout the country three or four times each year;

Distance education - computer-based and completed at your home or office, with an online discussion (InterAct) or self-study (InterAct Express); and

Leadership Development Program - A four-step program used to develop your organization's physician leaders, focusing on management and behavioral competencies

Onsite programs - “in-house” training, customized to meet your organization’s needs. ACPE faculty comes to your organization.
Many of these courses are also approved for pre-requisite credit toward a master’s degree in medical management
(MMM or MBA) or to meet the academic requirements for board certification in medical management.
